We do not sell your data. To run a secure, paperless practice, we use GDPR-compliant software providers who process data on our behalf:

• Carepatron: Used for secure client records, session notes, and practice management.

• bunq: Used for secure payment processing (via bunq.me / iDEAL).

• Website Host: Squarespace for hosting this website.

• Contact Form Inquiries: If an inquiry does not lead to a client relationship, messages are generally deleted within 3 months.

• Client Records: In accordance with Dutch medical and administrative regulations (WGBO and tax laws), client session files and financial invoices are retained for 20 years and 7 years respectively, after which they are securely destroyed.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you. Request the correction or deletion of your data.
